With extensive experience in HR operations across various organizations, including CrowdStrike and ASML, Stephanie has a proven track record in managing full-cycle employee operations, driving HR service delivery transformations, and enhancing customer service in HR processes. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Northern Arizona University and possesses certifications in Human Resources Management and EKG Technology.
