Julia Barrett

Julia Barrett is the current General Manager for Oktana in the US. Julia has also previously worked for Enterprise Estonia as the e-Residency Program Director. In this role, they were responsible for team alignment, program execution, and e-Residency 2.0 - a cross-governmental effort to define the future of the e-Residency program. Julia also directly managed the product and customer experience teams, and represented e-Residency in their partnership with UNCTAD on the topics of digital identity and ecommerce.

Prior to their work with Enterprise Estonia, Julia was the Global Program Director for Startup Relations at Salesforce. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing programs that supported startup growth and success on the Salesforce platform. Julia also managed a team of program managers who oversaw startup programs in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Julia has a proven track record in both the private and public sector of developing and executing successful programs that support growth and innovation. Julia is a creative thinker with a passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed.

Julia Barrett has a certification from the Saifi Institute for Arabic Language in Elementary Urban Arabic.

Julia Barrett reports to Jaime Solari, CEO. They are on a team with Silvia Alcaraz - General Manager, BO, CO, EC, PY & PE, Dennis Picht - CRO, and Maria Eugenia Parodi - Director, Business Analysts.
