Iurii Semenchuk is a seasoned professional with a strong background in account management and customer service. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Oktawave since February 2023, Iurii previously held the position of Account Manager at Oxygen Information Technology from August 2020 to October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Customer Service and Customer Service Specialist at JDM Group SA between July 2016 and October 2019. Iurii holds a Master’s degree in Psychology in Management from Kozminski University (2014-2017) and a Master’s degree in International Business from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (2010-2015).
