Theodora Aisopou

Director, People and Culture at OKTO

Theodora Aisopou has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Theodora is currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at OKTO since January 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as an HR Manager at ChannelVAS from September 2015 to January 2020. At ChannelVAS, they were responsible for the development of Mobile Value Added Services and promoting digital and financial inclusion through the Digital Finance Service platform.

Before joining ChannelVAS, Theodora briefly worked as a Talent Development Manager at Isobar in 2015. Prior to that, they held various positions at Velti, starting as an HR Assistant from May 2010 to March 2012, then moving on to become an HR Generalist from April 2012 to March 2013, and finally serving as an Assistant Manager and Corporate Recruiter from April 2013 to March 2015.

Their early work experience includes the role of a Psychologist/Counselor at Second Chance Schools from September 2008 to June 2009. Throughout their career, Theodora has gained extensive experience in human resources and talent development within the mobile marketing and advertising industry.

Theodora Aisopou obtained their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Organizational & Economic Psychology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. Theodora attended the university from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology at the University of Crete, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Theodora has obtained additional certifications in Organization Design and Managing Generation Z from LinkedIn, in December 2019 and November 2019 respectively.
