Alvaro Garcia de Castro is an experienced finance and real estate professional with a diverse background in investor relations and portfolio management. Since September 2015, Alvaro has served as an Investors Relations Partner at OKUANT, focusing on the acquisition and management of real estate portfolios to generate profitability in the Spanish market. Prior to this role, Alvaro was the owner of Soluciones Integrales, a company dedicated to managing distressed real estate portfolios from 2003 to September 2015. Earlier in their career, Alvaro held the position of Managing Director at Capital Markets AV, overseeing the Interest Rate Swap and Eonia department from March 1992 to June 2000. Alvaro holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a degree in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
