Norbert Wurm

Norbert Wurm is the current Managing Director at O&L Leisure Hotels & Lodges. Norbert has held this position since January 2015. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Pick n Pay Namibia from July 2013 to December 2014. Norbert also worked as the Finance Director at Pick 'n Pay from June 2009 to June 2013. Norbert has a wealth of experience in strategic planning, decision support, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management. Norbert began their career at Deloitte UK in January 2006, where they worked as a Manager for three years before moving to Namibia Breweries Ltd. in June 2009.

Norbert Wurm is a Chartered Accountant (Namibia/South Africa) with a focus in Accounting and Finance. Norbert attended the Public Accountants & Auditors Board (PAAB) for their education. Norbert also has a SMDP from Stellenbosch University in senior management development programme. Their undergraduate degree is a B.Compt (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Norbert also has a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) (Hons) in Financial Accounting from Stellenbosch University. Finally, they attended Donatus School Otjiwarongo.
