Dane King

Dane King has a comprehensive work experience history. Dane started their career as a Consultant at CareWorks Technologies in 2011, where they redesigned the workflow and appearance of a web-based auto insurance application. Dane then worked as a Consultant at Pillar, where they enhanced the functionality of various projects for the GAP.

In 2014, Dane joined CareWorks Tech as a Consultant, where they created and implemented an apprenticeship program to teach JavaScript and Angular skills. Dane also served as a Development Coach at Liaison International, providing training on Test Driven Design and Code Quality practices.

Dane worked as a Web Developer at Kforce Inc in 2016, overseeing the UI portion of a team that redeveloped Quest Diagnostics' patient portal using Angular. Dane later joined DOmedia as a Web Application Developer, supporting and adding features to their web applications.

In 2019, Dane worked at Cognizant and Kforce Inc as a Full-stack Developer, where they contributed to various projects and developed REST APIs. Dane then joined Manifest Solutions as a Full Stack Consultant, supporting an AngularJS front-end and complex backend.

Most recently, Dane worked as a Full-stack Developer at Insight Global, where they were part of a team that migrated a legacy Purchase Order application to microservices and Google Cloud architecture.

In 2023, Dane will be starting a new role as a Software Engineer at Olah Healthcare Technology. Overall, Dane King has demonstrated expertise in Full-stack development, software engineering, and application support throughout their career.

Dane King pursued their education with a focus on accounting and business. Dane earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting/Business from the University of Maryland, European Division, completing their studies from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Austin Peay State University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Dane King obtained certification as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon in May 2019.
