Pravash Padhy

Pravash Padhy is an experienced pharmaceutical professional with a strong background in drug formulation and development. Currently serving as the Head of Finished Dosage Form Development at Olpha Global since October 2022, Pravash provides technical expertise on formulation and development strategies. Prior to this role, Pravash held the position of Head of Research and Development at Kusum Pharm, focusing on the formulation development of new pharmaceutical products. With a career spanning over a decade, Pravash has also contributed significantly to Kusum Pharm in various capacities, including Deputy Head of R&D and Chief Technologist in R&D, where responsibilities included planning and executing formulation activities and leading a team for generic formulation development. Previous experience includes roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Aurobindo Pharma, and Dr. Reddy's Lab, where Pravash specialized in technology transfer, process development, and regulatory compliance. Pravash holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy from Biju Patnaik University of Technology.
