Biodun Adebambo

Biodun Adebambo is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development, policy formulation, and strategy implementation. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Olam Agri since February 2023, Biodun previously held senior HR roles at Academy Press Plc from May 2006 to June 2023, including Group Head of HR & Admin and Manager of Human Resources & Administration. Earlier career experience includes a position as Assistant Consultant in Training & Development at Smeep Consultancy Services from October 1996 to April 2006, where strategic solutions and specialized training were developed for clients. Biodun holds a Master's degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan and an HND in Business from Lagos State Polytechnic. Additionally, Biodun is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
