Náthali Tominaga

Náthali Tominaga is currently the General Manager - HR Region Head South America at Olam Agri. Prior to their current role, Náthali was the Regional HR Head for Syngenta in South America, where Náthali led People & Organizational Development initiatives for the Seeds business unit. Náthali also has experience working in Human Resources roles at Banco Toyota do Brasil, Gemalto (now Thales Digital Identity & Security), Pró Recursos Humanos, Cellular Mix, and Atento Brasil. Náthali holds a degree in Innovation from the University of California, Berkeley, a specialization in Organizational Design from 157Next Academy, and an International MBA in Human Resources Management from BI International.
