Nicole Carver

Nicole Carver has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with their most recent position being Vice President of Human Resources at Olam Agri since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Olam for 13 years, serving as General Manager of Corporate HR from March 2015 to April 2021, and as Regional Manager of Human Resources for Australia from November 2008 to March 2015. Before joining Olam, Nicole Carver was the Human Resources Manager at Accor Vacation Club from November 2002 to August 2008, where they were responsible for all strategic and operational HR and Safety. Nicole was also a member of the Executive team for four years. Nicole Carver began their HR career as an Acting HR Manager at Queensland Cement from November 1997 to July 2000.

Nicole Carver obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between the years 1995 and 1997. Additionally, they hold a certification in Fostering Inclusion and Diversity Experience from Yale School of Management, obtained in 2020.
