Zubair Inamdar

Zubair Inamdar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the agri-food industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Projects and Operations at Olam Agri since September 2019, Zubair leads global projects in wheat milling and pasta production while overseeing the Project Management Office. Prior roles include Head of Operations & Projects at Emirates Food Industries LLC, where responsibility encompassed feed mills and grain storage projects, and Senior Consultant at Farrelly & Mitchell, focusing on operational due diligence for milling companies in Saudi Arabia. Additional experience includes positions at Qatar Flour Mills and Al Ghurair Foods LLC, where Zubair managed maintenance and engineering projects, as well as factory management at Goma Engineering Pvt Ltd. Zubair holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Operations Management, and a PG Diploma in Piping Technology.
