Jeenal Baya

Jeenal Baya has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Data Analyst at Caliber Pvt. Ltd. Udaipur, focusing on data validation and system enhancement. In 2014, they served as a Guest Faculty at Mohanlal Sukhadia University, where they taught management courses. From 2017 to 2022, Jeenal worked at Baybridge Solutions as a Business Analyst, leading requirement elicitation workshops and actively participating in the software development lifecycle. In 2022, they joined Preqin as a Senior Business Analyst and later moved to Olam Information Services Private Limited as a Lead Business Analyst.

Jeenal Baya completed MCOM in Business Administration and Management from Mohanlal Sukhadia University in 2014-2016. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in Finance from Global Business School & Research Centre, Tathawade, Pune during 2011-2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in September 2023, and Agile Fundamentals: Including Scrum & Kanban from Udemy in 2023.
