Regional Vice President Human Resources at Olam

Cesar Salinas has significant work experience in the field of Human Resources. Cesar currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources Latin America at OFI since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Olam as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources from 2011, where they also served as the Regional Human Resources Director for Latin America from 2011 to 2015. Before Olam, Cesar held the position of Regional Human Resources Director (South America) at Nestle from 2007 to 2010. Cesar also worked at Fonterra, where they held various roles including Global Organization Capability General Manager, Human Resources Director for the Americas region, and Human Resources Director for New Zealand Milk - Mexico. Cesar'searliest work experience was at Procter & Gamble, where they held several roles including Regional Human Resources Group Manager, Human Resources Product Supply Group Manager, Human Resources Group Manager, and Product Supply Manufacturing Group Manager.

Cesar Salinas holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from EGADE Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they completed in the period of 1981 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Cesar has pursued various certification programs, including "Fostering inclusion and diversity" from Yale School of Management in 2020, "Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility" from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2016, and a Coaching Certification Program from InsideOut Development. Cesar has also participated in a program called "Leading and Managing Globally" with Yale School of Management and IMD Business School.
