Jean Pierre Ndong Ndong

Jean Pierre Ndong Ndong currently serves as Assistant Manager Plantation at OLAM PALM since March 2016, focusing on the organization and supervision of human and material resources to optimize palm oil production across 2100 hectares. Prior to this role, Jean Pierre held positions in project management and purchasing in the private sector and served as a consultant facilitator at the FAO, where responsibilities included enhancing entrepreneurial capacities of agricultural cooperatives. Additional experience includes an internship at the Office National du Développement Rural, where experiments on bird repellent methods for rice cultivation were conducted. Jean Pierre holds a Master's degree in Agronomy and Phytotechny from the Université des Sciences et Techniques de Masuku, as well as a qualification in cooperative entrepreneurship promotion from the FAO.
