Neelamani Muthukumar

Neelamani MuthuKumar currently serves as Group COO at Olam Agri since March 2025, having previously held the position of Group CFO at Olam since November 2008, where responsibilities included global corporate finance oversight and regional finance management for Africa and the Middle East. Neelamani also has experience as Senior Vice President, overseeing corporate affairs and finance for various agricultural sectors. Prior to Olam, Neelamani worked at Olam International Limited from July 1997 to October 2008, roles included Head of IT & SSO and Country Finance Controller, with a strong focus on financial reporting and compliance. Neelamani began the professional career at Fuller India Limited as a Management Accountant. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Programme from The Wharton School and an ACMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Madras.
