Raman Shridhar

Raman Shridhar serves as the Country Head and Profit Centre Head at ofi since January 2022, and has held the position of General Manager at Olam since December 2015. With extensive experience in cocoa procurement and risk management, Raman successfully managed the procurement of 30,000 MT of cocoa valued at USD 75M in Nigeria, while overseeing cocoa processing operations and stock management. Raman’s previous roles include Zonal Head at Prosegur, where financial oversight was provided for operations in the West and North regions, a Project Intern at Pharmeasy focusing on logistics for a start-up, and a Summer Intern at ITC Limited with significant contributions to supply chain processes. Additional experience includes roles at Bharat Heavy Electricals and Reliance Power, where operational efficiencies were achieved. Raman holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
