Derick Bonilla

Derick Bonilla has extensive experience in creative operations and project management. Derick started their career at Miramax as an Executive Assistant to the President. Derick then joined David Yurman, where they held various roles in creative services, including Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager. After that, they worked at Michael Kors as Director, Senior Director, and Creative Operations consultant, where they managed multiple teams and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Creative Services department. Derick also worked as a Consultant in Creative Operations and Project Management before joining Hourglass Cosmetics as the Executive Director of Creative Operations & Production. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Creative Services at Olaplex Inc. Derick's experience has equipped him with strong leadership and operational skills in the creative field.
