Dorothy Hill

Dorothy Hill has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dorothy is currently working as a Counsel, SEC at Olaplex Inc. Since 2022. Prior to joining Olaplex, they worked at Dechert LLP as an Associate from September 2018 to December 2022. Dorothy also gained experience at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where they worked as an Associate in the capital markets practice from October 2016 to August 2018. Before that, they served as a Summer Associate at Bracewell LLP in 2015 and Baker Botts in 2014. Dorothy also has experience in the education sector, having worked as a Literacy Specialist at Teach For America Houston from March to July 2013, a Teacher Leader at KIPP Houston Public Schools from June 2011 to May 2013, and in various roles at KIPP 3D Academy from August 2009 to May 2013.

Dorothy Hill pursued their education starting in 2005, when they attended Marquette University. Dorothy excelled in their studies and successfully completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Spanish in 2009. Dorothy furthered their academic journey, enrolling at Duke University School of Law in 2013. Dorothy dedicated herself to their legal studies and earned a Doctor of Law degree (JD) in 2016 from Duke University School of Law.
