Gefrey Manohar

Gefrey Manohar has a strong background in technology program management and project management. Gefrey is currently working as a Technology Program Manager at Olaplex Inc. where they started in November 2022. Prior to their current role, Gefrey worked at Advantage Solutions as a Sr. Technical Program Manager from July 2021 to November 2022. In this role, they managed program budgets and oversaw multiple workstreams, leading to improved efficiencies and increased velocity for scrum teams. Before that, Gefrey worked as an IT Project Manager at InfoMagnus (Client: Advantage Solutions) from March 2019 to February 2021, where they directed offshore and on-site teams for a workforce management tool and successfully implemented various development projects. Gefrey also has experience working as a Global Project Manager MBA Intern at VMware in 2018, where they identified improvement opportunities and led knowledge management activities. Gefrey's work experience also includes roles as an IT Project Manager at ICF from September 2016 to December 2017, and as a Management Consultant at Infosys Consulting from February 2015 to July 2016. Gefrey began their career as a Business Analyst at Caesars Entertainment Corporation in July 2014, where they excelled in leading agile product backlog grooming and managing mobile application development projects.

Gefrey Manohar has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Health from UC Irvine. In 2018, they attended EDHEC Business School where they completed the Global Masters in Business Administration and Digital Innovation program. During the same year, they also participated in the MBA International Exchange Program with a focus on Sustainability Studies at Stellenbosch University. Additionally, in 2016, Gefrey obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
