Henri Kajula

Henri Kajula is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Co-founder and Chairman of the board at Olas Group since September 2017, Henri previously co-founded and acted as CEO of Smartvatten from October 2013 to November 2019, leading the development of a successful water monitoring SaaS business with over 6,000 customers and significant annual recurring revenue. Henri also held the position of Sales and Marketing Director at ACON FINLAND OY LTD from August 2012 to September 2013, where notable achievements included strategic partnerships and substantial growth in sales and profitability. Earlier, Henri worked at Procter & Gamble as a Key Account Manager, focusing on sales and customer business development for well-known FMCG brands. Henri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Aalto University, complemented by executive education from Aalto University and Hanken & SSE.
