Arild Hokstad

Arild Hokstad is currently the Driftssjef/Head of Operations at Olav Thon Gruppen since December 2019. Prior to their current role, Arild has held various managerial positions at Securitas Norge from June 2006 to November 2019, including Driftsleder/Manager Operations and Rekrutterer/Recruiter. Arild also has experience as a Butikksjef at FotoKnudsen AS and Click AS. Arild has a degree in Markedsøkonom from BI Handelshøyskolen and also has completed HR training at HR Akademiet.
