Stian Ismar is a Developer at Olavstoppen AS, with previous experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Camo Analytics, where Python scripts were developed to enhance Unscrambler X functionality. Stian also completed a Summer Internship at Sopra Steria, focusing on backend functionality for CO2 emissions calculations for Norwegian ASA, and engaged in a cross-disciplinary team. Prior internships include roles at Saga Robotics, where a robotic arm was designed and controlled using ROS and C++, and work in elderly care at Bærum Municipality. Stian served as border patrol with the Norwegian Armed Forces and held various part-time positions throughout earlier years. Educationally, Stian holds a Master of Science in Engineering and ICT/Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, complemented by a study abroad program at UNSW.

Olavstoppen was established to build further competence in developing value based web solutions with a strong focus on usability.
