Omar Alrayes MBA has extensive work experience in the field of supply chain and logistics. Omar started their career in 2014 as an Olayan Management Trainee at Olayan Financing Company. From there, they moved on to Olayan Saudi Holding Company (OSHCO) in 2015, where they held various roles within the supply chain department. Omar started as an Assistant Manager Supply Chain of Arabian Healthcare Company, then progressed to become the Supply Chain Logistics Manager of Arabian Healthcare Company. Currently, they serve as the Head of Supply Chain at Olayan Saudi Holding Company.

Omar Alrayes obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cleveland State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Omar previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from King Saud University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Omar Alrayes has obtained several certifications. These include certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Leadership Success from the Canadian Alliance of Speakers & Trainers, obtained in January 2019 and December 2018, respectively. Omar also has a certification in Internal Quality Auditing from the National Inspection & Technical Testing Co. Ltd. (FAHSS/TÜV) in Saudi Arabia, achieved in March 2017. Furthermore, they have a certification in Leadership Skills from ideas group, obtained in August 2016.

Omar Alrayes has also pursued professional development in various areas through workshops and courses. Omar completed a Warehousing Best Practices course from SNS in November 2015 and a Human Resources Management course from The Olayan Group in February 2015. In November 2014, they participated in a Presentation Skills Workshop conducted by The Team Works. Additionally, they completed a Sales and Marketing Roadmap course from Ideas Group in August 2014.

Omar Alrayes gained expertise in SAP through certifications obtained at Cleveland State University in January 2014. These include certifications in SAP, SAP Implementation, and Supply Chain Management using SAP.

During their earlier career, Omar Alrayes acquired skills such as Effective Communication Skills and Customer Service Skills while working at Samba Financial Group in May 2010. Omar also obtained certifications in Basics of PMP and Self-Efficiency from Samba Financial Group in April 2010.
