Old Chicago has worked to develop a ‘kitchen of the future’ that focuses on all the functions of a food service kitchen.  The basic principles of design include modularity, flexibility, simplicity, efficiency, ease of sanitation, ease of employee supervision, and efficiency of space.   The overall space design was based upon product flow and human engineering, with special consideration to how each employee interacts within their individual work stations.

With this foundation, it is easy to transfer and advance throughout our company no matter the brand or location.
