Rhiannon Dugan

Rhiannon Dugan is a Senior Comprehensive Planner at Old Colony Planning Council since September 2023 and has served as a Teacher Naturalist at Mass Audubon since May 2016. Previously, Rhiannon held the position of Senior Environmental Planner at the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District from January 2023 to September 2023 and worked as a Regional Planning Intern at the Montachusett Regional Planning Commission in early 2021. Rhiannon's experience includes data collection, revising Community Health Assessments, and supporting Complete Streets planning projects. Additional roles include grocery packing at Lilac Hedge Farm and office administration at Behavioral Healthcare Services. Rhiannon holds a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Worcester State University.
