Angela Wagner

Angela Wagner, MBA, has extensive experience in training administration and customer service, currently serving as a retired individual since December 2023. Angela has worked at Old Dominion Freight Line since September 2013 as a driver check-in clerk and customer service support. In addition, Angela co-owns It's a Cup of Cake since March 2011 and held the position of training administrator at Franklin County from January 2019 to December 2023. Previous roles include training officer at Franklin County Department of Jobs and Family Services and various customer service positions at Continental Message Solution and TJX. Angela began a career in social services as a case manager at Franklin County Department of Jobs and Family Services and as a field executive for the Seal of Ohio Girl Scout Council. Angela earned a Master of Business from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Central State University.
