Daniel Prigmore

Daniel Prigmore, SPHR, SHRM-cp, currently serves as a Human Resources Manager at Old Dominion Freight Line, where responsibilities include developing and conducting training sessions for staff in the Pacific Northwest and providing support for employee benefit inquiries. Previously, Daniel worked as a Human Resources Generalist for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, focusing on training programs related to FMLA, ADA, and WC processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Property Damage Appraiser and Claims Adjuster, where Daniel was instrumental in establishing a new department, and as a Manager at Chili's, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes. Daniel holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Utah Valley University and additional education from Ensign College.
