Cica Stephanie Shiflett

Stephanie Shiflett began their work experience in 1998 at Community Bank, where they worked in operations. Stephanie continued in operations until 2003. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at StellarOne as a Business Banking Assistant, gaining valuable experience in loan products, tax returns, commercial financials, and title policies. Stephanie then joined Union Bankshares Corp. in 2014 as an AML Manager/Risk Operations, overseeing functions related to reviewing and reporting suspicious activity. In 2015, they became the Senior Vice President/Director of Operations at Old Dominion National Bank, contributing to the creation and delivery of a community bank focused on personal service and efficient technology. In 2017, they joined Park Lane Finance Solutions, LLC as an Operations Manager, assisting families in purchasing manufactured homes. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Risk & Compliance at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group.
