Aaron Rittgers, MS, SCCC, CSCS, PES, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Sports Performance at Old Dominion University since January 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Performance Enhancement Intern for Football at Penn State University from January 2018 to January 2019, focusing on strength, power, speed, and recovery programs. Rittgers has also worked as an Athletic Conditioning Specialist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where responsibilities included developing year-round strength and speed programs for all sports. Additional internships at The Ohio State University, Denison University, and Kent State University have provided a strong foundation in strength and conditioning practices. Rittgers holds a Master’s Degree in Recreation and Sport Sciences from Ohio University and a Bachelor's Degree in Health & Fitness Management from Capital University.
