Cynthia M. Fagan

Cynthia M. Fagan, DNP, RN, FNP-BC, serves as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Doctor of Nursing Program at Old Dominion University since January 2021 and has been a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Infectious Disease Service at the Veteran Administration since December 2005. Fagan holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Virginia (2018), a Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University (1999), a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University (1997), and a Diploma in Nursing from Clara Maass (1986). Additionally, Fagan has taught Health Planning and Policy for Advanced Practice, demonstrating a commitment to nursing education and clinical practice.
