Jay Graven

Jay Graven possesses extensive experience in engineering and construction management, currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Non-Capital Construction at Old Dominion University since September 2017, while also holding the position of Associate Director of Engineering. Jay is the President of Gemini Enterprises LLC, providing consulting services in proposal preparation, construction business management, and engineering.
