Jay O'Toole

Jay O'Toole is an experienced academic and educator currently serving as the Provost Fellow for Faculty Development and Ph.D. Program Coordinator at Old Dominion University since July 2020. Prior roles include Associate Professor and Assistant Professor positions at various institutions, including Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business and Georgia State University, where involvement with the Creative Media Industries Institute contributed to the region's media development. O'Toole founded and led the Corps Member Education Foundation from 2004 to 2021, and held various roles in consulting and education, including high school mathematics teaching with Teach For America. A Ph.D. graduate in Management from the Wisconsin School of Business, O'Toole also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University.
