Joseph Kosteczko

Joseph Kosteczko, M.S., PMP, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Old Dominion University, supporting the Virginia Digital Maritime Center and the Office of Enterprise Research and Innovation. Previously, Joseph held roles as Director of Operations at the Hampton Roads Biomedical Research Consortium, and Assistant Director of Digital Shipbuilding at the ODU Virginia Modeling, Analysis & Simulation Center (VMASC). Joseph's extensive experience includes positions at Colonna's Shipyard, Epsilon Systems Solutions, Alpha Solutions Corporation, Navios Ship Agencies Inc, and the US Navy, where responsibilities spanned project management, program leadership, and operational oversight. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Transportation and Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
