Kimberly J. Wilson

Kimberly J. Wilson, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Associate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Old Dominion University, where responsibilities include transforming the HR function with modern practices such as technology integration and data analytics. Prior to this role, Kimberly held significant positions at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, including COO/CHRO and Deputy Director for Museum Operations, overseeing museum operations and strategic human capital initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director of HR Client Services at The George Washington University and HR Business Partner at the University of Richmond. Kimberly holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Longwood University, a BA in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington, and completed a Mini MBA program at the University of Richmond.
