M.D. Mashud Parvez

Md Mashud Parvez is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in mathematics education and research. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology since February 2013, Md Mashud has taught various engineering mathematics courses while also engaging in research in Computational Fluid Dynamics. Additionally, Md Mashud has been involved with Old Dominion University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant-Instructor and Graduate Research Assistant since August 2019, focusing on mathematical modeling and analysis related to nematic liquid crystals and materials science. Md Mashud holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Old Dominion University, as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mathematics from the University of Dhaka.
