Julie Crook has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, most recently serving as Reservations Manager at The Old Edwards Inn & Spa. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Head Receptionist at De Vere Hotels from 1983 to 1990, where valuable skills in customer service and hotel management were developed.
