Peder Tillung is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant and food service management. Currently serving as the Assistant Restaurant Operations Manager at Old Edwards Hospitality Group since September 2021, Peder has previously held various leadership roles including Director of Restaurants at Sea Island Company and Director of Food and Beverage at prestigious establishments such as St Regis Resort Aspen and W Hotel New Orleans. Peder's career in the industry began in the early 1990s, with significant positions held at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and as an Executive Chef. Peder's education includes training from the Culinary Institute of America.
