Laura Zablit

Laura Zee is an experienced Arts Engagement Programs Manager at The Old Globe since July 2019, where responsibilities include building partnerships with diverse communities and managing the Globe for All community tour. As a theatre artist, Laura has contributed as an assistant director, performer, and director in various productions, including the Powers New Voices Festival. Additional roles include being a voice-over artist for Vox Media and a freelance journalist for the Los Angeles Times, covering food, travel, and social issues. Prior experience includes educational coordination and tutoring for refugee youth at the International Rescue Committee, as well as project management and content creation for organizations such as United Way Bay Area. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from New York University.
