Matt Pequeno

Matt Pequeno is an experienced professional in the cultural and ticketing sectors, currently serving as the Group Sales Manager and Lead Ticket Services Representative at The Old Globe since January 2022. Prior roles include Ticketing Coordinator at Balboa Park Cultural Partnership and Visitor Services Lead at San Diego Natural History Museum, where responsibilities included supervising staff, overseeing ticketing operations, and training on policies and procedures. Previous positions also encompass roles at San Diego Museum of Man, where Matt Pequeno worked as a Visitor Services Associate and Collections Intern, contributing to the care and inventory of cultural artifacts. An education in Anthropology was pursued at San Diego State University, following an Associate’s Degree in Language Arts & Humanities from San Diego Mesa College. Additionally, Matt Pequeno gained early experience as a Café Supervisor at Borders from 2007 to 2011.
