Monika Kusinska

Monika Kusinska has extensive work experience in the footwear industry. Monika started their career at Design Archives as a Novelty & Embroidery Designer/Account Manager. Monika then worked at ANN INC. as a Footwear Designer before joining Fossil as a Senior Womens Footwear Designer. Monika then served as the Senior Designer Women's Footwear at Lucchese Boot Co, where they directed brand development and managed a team. Monika also worked as a Consultant Designer/Freelancer at Elie Tahari and as a Line Builder/Sr. Footwear Designer at Camuto Group. Monika founded their own business, AUTOGRAF NY, where they were the Creative Director and Founder, focused on providing quality European footwear to women with hard-to-find sizes. Currently, Monika works as the Head Designer Women's Footwear at Old Gringo Boots, specializing in the design and development of western boots for the country lifestyle.

Monika Kusinska has a diverse education history. In 1987, they attended IX Liceum Ogólnokształcące w Gdańsku, completing their high school education. Following this, from 1991 to 1992, they studied 3D Design at Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Gdańsku. In 1994, they embarked on a BA Fashion degree at Middlesex University, which they completed in 1998. In 2000, they pursued Footwear Design at Parsons School of Design - The New School for a year. Lastly, in 2014, they attended Pratt Institute to earn a Certificate in Online and Social Media Marketing, focusing on Social Media and Marketing.
