Zoe Welch

Zoe Welch is a qualified rural accountant with extensive experience in the agricultural sector, currently working at Old Mill since August 2021. Previously, Zoe held roles as a graduate trainee accountant and a trainee rural accountant during a 15-month placement while completing a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture, Farm Business Management at Harper Adams University. In addition to accounting, Zoe has hands-on experience in dairy farming, including positions as a dairy assistant and calf rearer, in both the UK and New Zealand. Educational qualifications include an AAT Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accounting from White Horse Training Ltd and a City & Guilds Level 3 Extended Diploma in Agriculture from Wiltshire College Lackham.
