Arthur Oginga

Arthur Oginga serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer for East Africa at Old Mutual Kenya since April 2020, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Old Mutual Africa from January 2018 to April 2020. Oginga's extensive experience in the financial sector includes roles such as Chief Financial Officer for Old Mutual Southern and East Africa and Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC, and Director of Country Financial Operations at Atlas Mara Ltd. Previous positions also encompass Finance Executive at Standard Bank Group and Chief Financial Officer at Africa Online Holdings. Oginga began their career as an Audit Supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, advancing to Chief Accountant at Credit Agricole Indosuez.
