Dr. Mary Muthee

Dr. Mary Muthee currently serves as the Wellness and Reward Lead at Old Mutual Kenya, focusing on the design and implementation of client wellness strategies to enhance health outcomes for customers and communities. Previously, Dr. Muthee held the position of Head of Customer Experience at Jubilee Insurance, the largest insurer in East and Central Africa, where responsibilities included ensuring service excellence across various business units. Early career roles included serving as an Independent Consultant for Options Consultancy Services and holding medical positions at Croydon University NHS Trust and St. Peters Hospital NHS Trust, where clinical experience was gained in general practice, respiratory medicine, trauma and orthopedics, and cardiology. Dr. Muthee earned a Master in Public Health from the University of York and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Hull York Medical School.
