Maika Hugo

Maika Hugo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in team leadership, customer service, and human resources. Currently serving as Team Leader at Old Mutual Namibia since August 2021, Maika previously held the position of Customer Service Manager at Food Lover's Market Holdings from July 2018 to July 2021. Prior experience at Old Mutual Namibia, during which time Maika worked from November 2007 to August 2017, includes roles such as Team Leader of Client Services, Client Services Consultant, and Front Office Receptionist. Maika possesses a Management Development Programme from Stellenbosch Business School (2016) and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Pro Talent People Management Solutions (2014).
