Glenn Hall

Glenn Hall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, data modernization, and technology strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Old Mutual Limited since March 2021, Glenn has successfully led a significant digital transformation initiative for Master Data Management (MDM), overseeing a team of direct reports and embedding Agile principles across project lifecycles. Prior experience includes consulting for Sanlam Investments on modernizing data systems and enhancing agility, as well as multiple roles at Absa Group, where Glenn progressed from Solution Architect to Enterprise Architect & Engineering Lead, managing diverse teams and driving the delivery of numerous technology solutions. Glenn holds diplomas in Project Management and Mechanical Engineering.
