Itumeleng Kgaboesele

Itumeleng is an Independent Non-Executive Director. He is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sphere Holdings Proprietary Limited, a midmarket investment company that invests primarily in the industrial services sectors. He serves on the Board of Directors of Telkom SA SOC Limited, and the Student Sponsorship Programme, and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation. Itumeleng has over 20 years of experience, having held positions with Hambros Bank Limited, Deutsche Bank AG London and Merrill Lynch (as defined in Annexe 18 to this Pre-listing Statement).
