Nasrin Salie

Nasrin Salie currently holds the position of General Manager - Enterprise Risk Management at Old Mutual, starting in December 2024. Previously, Nasrin served as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Manager at Santam Insurance from August 2014 to November 2024, where responsibilities included the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Strategy, business continuity management, and alignment of risk reporting across the group. Prior experience encompasses roles at Metropolitan Health Group and Absa, focusing on risk governance, audit engagements, and client relationship management. Nasrin possesses a B.A. Honours in Psychology and extensive certifications in risk management and internal auditing from various institutes, along with a completion of Duke University's Senior Leadership Development Program.
