Rafeea Saib

Rafeea Saib is an experienced Information Technology Executive currently working at Old Mutual Limited since October 2023. Previously, Rafeea held prominent roles at Nedbank, first as Head of DevOps and VSM where leadership was provided to a BizDevOps Centre of Excellence focused on adopting DevOps practices, and earlier as a BizDevOps Engineer II contributing to the same center's strategic and cultural development. Rafeea's background includes significant technical contributions at Openserve as a Senior Engineer in both the CIO Team and Development Laboratories, and at Telkom, where varied engineering projects were undertaken. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Senior Leaders Development program from the University of the Witwatersrand.
