Takunda Mutemachani

Takunda Mutemachani is a professional with diverse experience in the insurance and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Claims Administrator at Old Mutual Limited since July 2023, Takunda is responsible for registering new claims and managing action claims' notifications. Previously, Takunda worked as a Customer Service Consultant at Mabwe Solutions from September 2022 to July 2023, and as an Underwriter and Claims Processor at Vanveld Risk Advisory from September 2019 to August 2021. Academically, Takunda is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute, with a completion date set for May 2026, and holds an Honors degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Midlands State University, earned in September 2021. Additionally, Takunda obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in Short-term Insurance from the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe in May 2020.
